Cancellation of Order

We strive to deliver the correct medicines in undamaged condition, with proper packaging. We try our best that our customers be delighted with our services.

We strongly recommend that you check the condition of the delivered products at the time of delivery and get back to us if there is any discrepancy before cancellation of any order.

If we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the Team has not shipped the order, we shall cancel and refund the entire amount.

The orders we have already shipped will not be canceled following the policy. The customer must agree to our policies and not dispute with the Team.

Refunds on the Order

Refunds will only be made against genuine and tractable cancellations or return requests you generate by clicking on the cancellation button.

Reshipment of Ordered Products
